1983 Foundation of the ASSECURA Otto + Niesen Versicherungsmakler GmbH by the families Otto and Niesen
Back then, the families Otto and Niesen laid the foundation for our Current insurance broker company. Ever since the eighties the company has been fostering a close relationship with its clients. Back then as well as today, this has been building up the basis of trust, which is the foundation for our work.
1991 Change of name and acquisition of the ASSECURA Versicherungsmakler GmbH by Ralf Johnen
The acquisition by Ralf Johnen in the early nineties has been an important milestone in the chronicles of our company. A breath of fresh air, modernization and adjusting the company structures according to the needs of the time keep our company young and efficient.
2020 Acquisition of the ASSECURA Versicherungsmakler GmbH by Peter Sitt and Marco Staps and simultaneous change of name to Sitt + Co. GmbH
Now we lay the foundation for the future. In the last couple of years, we have finished the constant development and adjustment of the processes to the digitalization. Today we want to give our modern orientation a facelift with the brand Sitt +Co. The new brand brings our philosophy as well as our company values together and represents excellent competence in individual risk coverage for companies.
